CX – Surveillance

What is known about us, in relation to surveillance, would seem to come from three major possibilities: the US Federal Government (the subject of the resolution), governmental groups that aren’t federal (state/local primarily), and nongovernmental sources. One of the possible obstacles to building a decent Aff case would seem to be claiming the solving of broadly stated harms by strictly Fed-level limitations, when the harms could (and likely would?) occur because of actions by non-Fed actors.
